The journey is now in its final stages. So, while on the road, we'll decide to go again to the same room rental where we stayed during the first summer holidays that we spent together. At the time, we spent a whole afternoon looking for this farm. What once were the kids' rooms, are now transformed into big guestrooms. They're entirely made of wood, with massive wooden doors that are locked by huge medieval iron locks.
This morning at 4:45 Bruttone woke up and realized that it was better to turn on the heater. At the same time I woke up from a nightmare and went to the toilet.
Back from the bathroom, Bruttone was trying to fix the heater again because it wasn’t working, so we started to boil some water again, in order to warm up the room.
Left the Trekkenschut keys, we went back to where we went yesterday to get waffles, the flowers and other stuff. At 11 we were driving to Fussen in Germany.
We arrived around 5:30 pm and went back to the same zimmer of four years ago. They gave us the room just across the hall from the one that we had. This one also has giant keys.
For dinner we went where we first got the Kaiserschmarren, but they didn’t do it anymore, so instead we opted for a dessert that wasn’t the best: pavesini with cherries and mascarpone cheese.
Holidays are over.
